He is focused on the company’s core values ensuring integrity and transparency is always maintained to the highest levels. Having worked in the Bedfordshire property industry for over 20 years his knowledge and passion for the property market is to be admired.

Fun Facts: Outside of all things property, Bhavin is a family man who loves to travel, loves watching football and enjoys having a laugh around the office. PS – when you speak to him don’t ask him for a joke!

Neil Briggs Director

Neil has been active in the world of property for over 20 years. Beginning his property career in 2001 as a mortgage broker, his knowledge and experience have continued to grow, along with his passion.

Neil has been actively involved in every aspect of the UK property market - he covers all areas of property from sales and lettings, mortgages, right through to planning and development. In 2010, he opened Inspired Sales and Lettings Ltd, a very successful property agency that operates over Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Northamptonshire.

In his spare time Neil loves nothing more than spending time with his sons or can be found running around the streets of Milton Keynes.

Reshma is our dedicated Human Resources Specialist, with a passion for fostering positive work environments and cultivating talent, she excels employee relations, and organizational development.
